Frankfort Area News is a small town, community newspaper and is dedicated to our advertisers, our subscribers and our community.  

The FAN was established in 1991 and is the official paper of the City of Frankfort, 

City of Vermillion and USD #380.

We are located a half block east of the intersection of Highways 9 and 99 in 

downtown Frankfort, KS.  Our physical 

location is 116 East 2nd Street in Frankfort.

Our box/display cost is $7 per column inch.  Classified ads are $7 for the first ten 

words and 10 cents per work thereafter.  

Deadline is noon on Monday.

Kansas subscriptions are $50 per year (tax included) and out-of-state subscriptions are $55 per year.  Single copies are $1 (tax included).  Subscriptions make a great gift!
